Process Characteristics

① Under process conditions, the viscosity of caprolactam is only 5mPa · s (similar to water), which can penetrate the fiber layer under low pressure;

② Relatively lower locking force, lower investment cost and energy consumption;

③ High flow allows for maximum reduction of wall thickness, with fiber volume content of up to about 60% in the component;

④ It is a near net forming method that can reduce the consumption of fiber materials, thereby reducing the cost of parts and minimizing post-processing work.

⑤ The parts can be reheated and shaped again, thus possessing weldability and recyclability.
